We are delighted to announce that as of January 27th, Giorgio Bosso has been appointed as CEO of AR Metallizing by the Board of Directors of Nissha Co., Ltd, the sole shareholder and parent company from Kyoto, Japan.

Nissha’s board of Directors is delighted to announce Mr. Giorgio Bosso's appointment as Chief Executive Officer of AR Metallizing as of 27 January 2021.

Nissha Company appointed Giorgio as Acting CEO in October 2020. During his tenure as Acting CEO, the Board conducted a rigorous selection process in which both external and internal candidates were assessed for the role of CEO. We are pleased that this has ultimately resulted in selecting Giorgio for the position. We are particularly pleased the role will be offered to an experienced internal candidate who has a detailed understanding of AR Metallizing and its markets, and who will be able to provide continuity of purpose.

Giorgio joined AR Metallizing in October 2012. He brings extensive finance experience to AR Metallizing and his new role of CEO. In his previous position as Finance Director EMEA, Giorgio’s ability to create, manage and lead high performing teams and develop talent across multiple business areas has been particularly valuable to the company.

Part of Giorgio’s mandate will be to lead the turnaround and repositioning of AR Metallizing whilst our senior management continue to lead the organization and support high-quality delivery and experience. It is a core value of AR Metallizing that each of our employees plays an integral role in our organization and ultimately contributes to providing consistently high-quality services to our clients.
