AR Metallizing’s in-house Research and Development team have developed and refined our butter wrap papers to inhibit the ageing process of butter. The inclusion of our aluminum layer on our products supports superior barrier properties that inhibit oxygen and light reaching the inner packaging. These barrier properties prevent the yellowing of the butter, and the result is that brands can rest assured that their butter's shelf life is extended and that customers will enjoy a butter that is in prime condition in both look and taste.
Mono-material butter wrap that can be recyclable
As a monomaterial, our butter wrap also presents a recyclable alternative to the multi-layer materials traditionally used for butter block packaging.

Chemical make up
AR Metallizing's butter wrap is free of PFOS and PFOA. Our outstanding greaseproof performance is provided by a paper mass treatment. The paper has been developed in order to be compliant for direct food contact according to EU and FDA regulations
