Benefits for printers
Our metallized film substrates are optimized with specialized print primers to offer flawless printing, great ink adhesion and maximize press efficiencies. AR Metallizing’s films can be used in conjunction with most print methods. Our films are print-ready and run efficiently on printing machinery. We have optimized our products for heavy use of ink and the bold designs favored by brands to facilitate wrap around label production.

Our metallized films run quickly on converting equipment and are designed to perform optimally during the finishing processes and during label application. AR Metallizing’s Research and Development team have worked to produce a film which runs to the requirements needed by converters to ensure timely operations and without introducing any challenges at the bottler. We also offer custom slit widths to minimize trim waste.
Sustainable considerations
Our metallized BOPP films utilize just a fraction of aluminum content needed to create the metallic inks which give similar effects on plain film applications. Paired with plastic bottles, our metallized films are suitable for recycling as they do not cause contamination issues.
Holography
Our full wrap film solutions are available in several finishes including VacuBRITE, UltraSHINE and HoloPRISM. Our HoloPRISM pattern library has over 100 patterns, supporting kinetic, white motion, no color and 2D/3D.
