Thalia Hruza - Thalia is highly customer oriented and balances the needs of the customers and the interests of the company in a very professional way. During Covid 19 she proved to be very flexible and a strong teamplayer supporting her colleagues who worked from home.

Dries Cuypers - Being responsible for Quality aswell as Environment, Safety and Health, Dries proves to be able to set the right priorities. He stays calm in every situation and builds steady relations with all stakeholders of the site. During Covid 19 he has shown a lot of initiative in implementing a high number of rules and purchasing the right protection equipment for our employees.

Zelim Bashaev - From the moment that he was hired it seemed that Zelim had worked here already for many years. He is extremely service minded towards his interal customers and gives solid support in a fast way. Zelim engages with all employees on all levels and is very friendly, focused on quality results and stress resistant.

Danijel Rakocevic - Since joining in 2007, Danijel Rakocevic has distinguished himself in various positions through his professional and social competence, integrity and constant, highly motivated work to achieve the best possible customer satisfaction. As a competent manager of the lacquer and glue factory and an expert in lamination / lacquering, his collaboration has become indispensable for the company. These are precisely the values that we want to share and thus the decisive arguments for nominating him.

Angel Burgos - Angel is the role model for what we would like all our employees to be: smart, adaptable, gracious, and always willing to lend a helping hand. Our site is better because of Angel’s influence and we hope to continue to build our relationship to achieve even larger goals.

Roghi Ebrahimi Kalan - Roghi is able to work well with many different types of people and allows everyone with different skillsets to perform well even if they have different skills. She is a fabulous teamplayer.

ANDRÉ LUIS RIGOTTO – Has worked here since 2002, is a manger who adds values to everything he does, his a passion for his work, his respect shown and his attention to colleagues is greatly admired by everyone. André is a true exemplary employee. 

DANILO MENESES PACHEC - Was a IT Trainee  and now works in Production Planning, he is a person who is open to learn and to gain new diverse skills, collaborates easily with colleagues, is always willing to help when asked, even if it isn’t the responsibility of his department and he is very dedicated.

FABIO GOMES DA SILVA - Is a very committed employee, works with respect and professional ethics, in the implementation of the new system he has shown hard work and determination and is always available to assist co-workers when requested.

Italy

Nissha Awards were given to our colleagues Diego Donetto, production manager, for his commitment to results and his integrity, and Luca Gerbino, EH&S, for his integrity and for the readiness for action, especially during the management of Pandemic 2020. Great surprise for the winners, who did not expect this recognition!
