Pawel Wojtas

Pawel Wojtas has become the new Operations Manager for Berlin from August 2023. Pawel has been with the company since November 2011. Initially, he worked as a student trainee both in quality assurance and in production, meanwhile he wrote his master's thesis for his mechanical engineering degree.

After completing his studies, he started his professional career as a production engineer in our production and was able to acquire extensive experience and knowledge over the years - most recently in the position of production manager. Pawel also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA), which he completed while working as an engineer. In the key function of Operations Manager, he takes over the management of the site and reports directly to the Group Operations & Integration Director Edoardo Palmo, in close collaboration As One with the other sites.

Fereshteh Nauck

Fereshteh Nauck, who has been working for our company since June 2010, as process engineer. She has also worked for us while she was studying packaging technology as a student. Supervised various projects in the areas of quality assurance, production and development and wrote her master's thesis.

Later, as an engineer, Fereshteh was responsible for the introduction and support of the operational hygiene management system as well as work safety-related tasks and projects in the areas of EHS and production. She has been working as a production engineer since 2014 and supports the plant and production management in all production-related issues. Fereshteh has held a Six Sigma Green Belt certificate since January 2023.

As a process engineer, she reports to the operations manager and supports him directly - especially in controlling production and monitoring projects in the areas of occupational safety, production planning, process engineering, sustainability, product quality, cost, and production efficiency. Additionally, Fereshteh works As One with global teams on these topics and share her knowledge with them.
