In the spotlight: Rosangela Ferreira de Lima

I started working at AR Metallizing in September 2002 as a Chemical Technician and Quality Control in all production processes, receipt of raw materials and technical assistance to customers. During my professional career I had many opportunities for learning and sharing my knowledge with all my co-workers.

One of the biggest opportunities I had at the beginning of my work was the development of a Susceptor film on one of the company’s largest Galileo machines, where I used the low optical density control online.

After 5 years of work, I got a big change in my family life with the birth of my youngest daughter and also in my professional career, when I was promoted to Coordinator of Quality Engineering. In 2008 I took part in a new project to implement the Integrated 5S program in all areas of the company. In 2010, we also had a major change in the manufacturing structure, in terms of implementing procedures to meet GMP.
